Penthouse 61, now off the market, stands out with its exclusive double-height living space spanning 7,175 square feet, offering floor-to-ceiling windows that frame stunning Central Park and city skyline vistas.
While the identity of the buyer remains undisclosed, public records have yet to shed light on this information.
