Billionaires’ Row has added another notable name to its roster of high-profile residents. Investor and television personality Robert Herjavec, best known for his role on Shark Tank, recently acquired a full-floor apartment at One57 for $32 million.

The 6,200-square-foot residence occupies an entire floor of the tower and offers sweeping skyline views across Central Park and Midtown Manhattan. With four bedrooms, a formal dining area, and expansive entertaining spaces, the property embodies the scale and prestige that has come to define Billionaires’ Row.
Herjavec, who built his fortune in cybersecurity and private equity, joins a list of well-known figures who have gravitated toward One57 since its debut in 2014. The tower, designed by Christian de Portzamparc, was among the first supertalls to redefine Midtown’s skyline and remains one of the corridor’s most recognizable addresses.
Market experts note that Herjavec’s purchase underscores continued demand for trophy properties, even as the ultra-luxury market adjusts to shifting global conditions. While pricing in the segment has moderated since its 2014 peak, select residences with prime views and full-floor layouts remain highly competitive.
“This sale illustrates that Billionaires’ Row is still the benchmark for prestige living in Manhattan,” said one industry insider. “The combination of exclusivity, views, and address continues to hold enduring appeal for global buyers.”
Amenities at One57 include a private fitness center, resident lounge, library, screening room, and access to hotel-style services provided by the Park Hyatt New York.
