Broadway’s celebrated revival of Ragtime at Lincoln Center’s Vivian Beaumont Theater has announced an extended run through June 14, 2026, following overwhelming audience demand. Originally slated to close in January, the production’s success ensures it will continue captivating theatergoers well into next summer.
A Star-Studded Cast Returns
Leading the acclaimed ensemble are Joshua Henry, Caissie Levy, Brandon Uranowitz, and Nichelle Lewis, all reprising their roles for the duration of the extension. They are joined by a dynamic supporting cast including Colin Donnell, Ben Levi Ross, Shaina Taub, Anna Grace Barlow, John Clay III, and many more talented performers.
Additional cast members include Nicholas Barrón, Lauren Blackman, Allison Blackwell, Briana Carlson-Goodman, and others, with further casting announcements expected in the coming weeks.
A Classic Story, Reimagined
Directed by Lear deBessonet, Ragtime is based on E.L. Doctorow’s beloved novel and features a book by Terrence McNally with a score by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty. The musical follows three families — one Black, one white, and one immigrant — as their lives intertwine in pursuit of the American Dream at the dawn of the 20th century.
