The Prada Fifth Avenue skyscraper is set to redefine luxury living and architecture in Midtown Manhattan. Partnering with Related Companies, the global fashion house Prada plans a stunning mixed-use tower at 720–724 Fifth Avenue, combining its flagship store, premium offices, and ultra-luxury residences in one landmark development.
A New Chapter for Prada on Fifth Avenue

After leasing its retail space at 724 Fifth Avenue for 25 years, Prada purchased the property in 2023 along with the neighboring 15-story building for a combined $835 million, according to Commercial Observer. The new development sits directly across from Trump Tower, placing it among the most prestigious addresses in New York City.
Working with JLL to find a development partner, Prada ultimately selected Jeff Blau’s Related Companies, the developer behind Hudson Yards. Plans call for a 225,000-square-foot tower anchored by Prada’s flagship store at street level, with offices and residences above—potentially fetching over $10,000 per square foot.
Luxury Amenities of the Prada Fifth Avenue Skyscraper
The new Prada Fifth Avenue skyscraper may connect to the neighboring Aman New York, the 26-story hotel and residence known for its opulent design. If linked, future residents could enjoy exclusive access to Aman’s private members club, piano bar, and sky lobby overlooking Central Park.
Other potential amenities include:
-
A three-level Aman Spa with fitness facilities and indoor pool
-
Three world-class restaurants and a cigar lounge
-
Dedicated wellness and relaxation areas
Prada Joins a Global Trend in Branded Residences
The Prada Fifth Avenue skyscraper will join a growing number of branded developments redefining luxury living in New York. These include the Giorgio Armani Residences on Madison Avenue, the Mandarin Oriental Residences on Fifth Avenue, and the Ritz-Carlton Residences in NoMad.
Fashion rival Louis Vuitton is also joining the skyline race with a planned 25-story tower at 1 East 57th Street, featuring a flagship boutique, café, rooftop bar, and spa with Central Park views.
A Vision of Style, Architecture, and Legacy
By merging fashion, real estate, and architecture, the Prada Fifth Avenue skyscraper symbolizes a new era of elevated living in Manhattan. It’s more than a building—it’s a lifestyle statement at the intersection of luxury and design.
