Let's Talk

Amidst the ongoing transformation of Billionaires’ Row in Midtown, Manhattan, stands the rising presence of 125 West 57th Street. This 26-story commercial edifice, crafted by FXCollaborative and brought to life by Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners and Cain International, is a soaring 440-foot structure. Its footprint spans 260,000 square feet, encompassing 185,000 square feet of top-notch office space, 7,000 square feet for retail ventures, and a revamped locale for the historic Calvary Baptist Church, a cornerstone of the site since 1883. The church, having relinquished the land to developers in 2017 for $150 million, will find its updated residence within these new walls.

During the last months construction has moved forward steadily. What was once a mere emergence of reinforced concrete above street level has now evolved into a fully formed podium. The dedicated crews are now focused on erecting the office levels, aided by a towering yellow crane. Preparations for the glass curtain wall are underway, evident from the installed metal clips along the floor plate edges. Installation of this distinctive feature is anticipated to commence sometime during the winter season.
