Construction is swiftly advancing on 126 East 57th Street, a 28-story residential tower on Billionaires’ Row in Midtown East, Manhattan. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by MRR Development, this 346-foot-tall building will boast 147 luxury condos averaging 1,156 square feet each, along with 5,000 square feet of retail space. Located on an L-shaped plot at East 56th Street and Lexington Avenue, progress is remarkable, with the concrete façade now emerging on the southern and eastern sides.
