Matt Kaulig secures $18M residence at Central Park Tower, the tallest residential building in the world

A new sports and business figure has joined Billionaires’ Row. Matt Kaulig, co-owner of the Cleveland Guardians and founder of Leaf Home, purchased a condominium at Central Park Tower for about $18 million.

The home spans roughly 3,400 square feet with open living and dining spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sweeping views of Central Park and Midtown. With its contemporary design and grand proportions, the residence reflects the prestige that has defined the tower since its debut.

Rising 1,550 feet, Central Park Tower is the tallest residential building in the world and a signature work of Extell Development. Known for attracting global buyers seeking best-in-class living, the tower offers a three-level private club with a ballroom, dining spaces, landscaped terrace, pool, and fitness center.

Kaulig’s acquisition highlights the continued appeal of Billionaires’ Row, where landmark architecture, trophy residences, and world-class amenities remain a draw for prominent figures across industries.
