A new residential addition has officially been completed in the heart of Midtown. 18W55, located at 18 West 55th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues, brings a boutique rental offering to one of Manhattan’s most established corridors.

Designed by Morris Adjmi Architects and developed by Skyline Developers, the 25 story building rises 289 feet and spans over 153,000 square feet. The project delivers 97 rental residences, with layouts ranging from studios to three bedroom homes.

In addition, the building includes approximately 6,400 square feet of ground floor retail space, further activating the streetscape along West 55th Street.
